What is the difference?
Non-binary vs Genderfluid
Non-binary and genderfluid are related but not the same. Non-binary is a broad term for genders that are not exclusively woman or man, while genderfluid specifically describes a gender identity that changes over time. Many genderfluid people also call themselves non-binary.
Non-binary
Describes a person whose gender identity is not exclusively woman or man. It can mean being both, neither, somewhere in between, or moving between genders.

In short
Non-binary is the wide umbrella; genderfluid describes one way of being non-binary, in which gender moves over time. People use whichever word, or both, fits them.
What they have in common
Both describe identities beyond a fixed woman or man split, neither depends on appearance or medical steps, and asking someone's pronouns is respectful for both.

- Affirmative consentvsEnthusiastic consentAffirmative consent is about getting a clear yes; enthusiastic consent goes a step further and cares whether that yes is truly wanted.
- Anxious attachmentvsAvoidant attachmentAnxious attachment leans in and needs reassurance; avoidant attachment leans out and needs space. Both people usually care deeply; they simply protect themselves in opposite ways.
- AsexualvsAromanticAsexual answers "do I feel sexual attraction?"; aromantic answers "do I feel romantic attraction?". A person can be one, both or neither.
